One can enjoy the vista of the Sognefjord and surrounding mountains from the hotel -and the gardens. If you are lucky you can see salmon jumping and porpoises surfacing.

The Hotel also has its own jetty and a rowing boat which can be freely used by the hotels guests.  Fishing tackle can be loaned in the reception.
